Timetravels organizes a special student trip to St Petersburg for ESN Oulu. Also students from Jyväskylä and Lappeenranta can join this trip!

DAY 1 Thursday

00:30 Departure from Oulu university, St Lucas chapel
01:00 Departure from Oulu bus station
04:00 First gas station break
04:30 Jyväskylä Matkakeskus
10:00 Lappeenranta Matkakeskus
10:30 Break on ABC Viipurin portti

11:00------border formalitie, changing to the Moscow time, +1 h-------

14:00 A stop for shopping and money exchange right after the Russian border, 20 minutes.
18:00 Arrival in St Petesburg
18:30 Lodging, free time.
21:00 The Russian welcoming dinner party with a folk music show 25 €

23:00 End of the program, possibility for clubbing (Club Rossi's)

DAY 2 Friday
09:00 Breakfast. After breakfast a walk to the palace square (about 1 km)
10:00 Guided bus trip to the Catherine's palace

14:00 End of the guided tour. Departure to city.
15:00 Arrival back in the city center. Cathedral on the Spilled Blood (7 €)
Free time for dining, lots of restaurants nearby. Also the souvenir fair.
23:00 Special party program -> a limousine trip around the city 15 €/person. Includes Soviet champagne!
Duration 2 hrs. Finally to the night club "Revolution"

DAY 3 Saturday
09:00 Breakfast
10:00 Guided city tour by bus, incl. the Spit of the St Basil island, SS Peter and Paul fortress, The Smolnyj Convent, Aurora battleship.
13:00 Finishing the city-tour at the St Isaac's cathedral (7 €).
14:00 Free time in the city center. Museums are open until 17-18.00.

15:00 Guided tour of the State Hermitage museum (duration 2,5 hrs)
19:00 Possibility for opera "Le Nozze di Figaro" in Mariinsky theatre. Tickets can be ordered through us, starting from 25 €
23:00 Clubbing.

DAY 4 Sunday
10:30 Check-out. All luggages in the bus. Departure to Finland via Vyborg.
13:30 Vyborg. Stop for shopping and refuelling.
15:00 Departure from Vyborg
17:00 Border formalities, DUTY FREE SHOPPING
19:00 (estimation) Arrival in Lappeenranta (Finnish time -1 h)
23:00 Jyväskylä
